Delivery time and costs

Packages within Austria are shipped via UPS Global.

In addition to the stated product prices, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99 within Austria for orders under €39.99. For orders between €39.91 and €59, we charge a flat shipping fee of €2.99 within Austria. Orders over €59 are shipped free of charge within Austria.

The standard delivery time is 2 to 4 business days. During this time, we process your payment, prepare your shipment, and hand it over to the courier. If the status of your shipment has not changed after 4 business days and you have not been contacted by the courier, please inform us. This will allow us to quickly check the location of your shipment and, if necessary, initiate an investigation.
