Accessibility declaration according to the Austrian Accessibility Act (BaFG)
This is the accessibility statement of OSHEE WORLD sp. z oo for the website www.osheeshop.at , which offers services in Austria.

The website concerns the following services offered by OSHEE in Austria within the meaning of the BaFG:
- Services in electronic commerce (e-commerce services), in particular web shops, apps and order forms for end consumers.
- Information about products, product ranges and customer service interactions that are part of the overall customer journey.
Conformity status
The website www.osheeshop.at is partially compliant with the requirements of the Accessibility Act (BaFG).
Conformity was assessed based on the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 conformance level AA and the applicable European standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03).
We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing process – a journey, not a one-time destination. We are currently carrying out ongoing work to close all identified gaps and achieve full compliance.
Non-accessible content (Known limitations)
The following content is currently not fully accessible or only partially accessible. These are areas where we are currently making improvements:
- Perceivability: In some areas, there may be insufficient color contrast in text and interactive elements that do not meet the minimum requirements of WCAG 2.1 AA (4.5:1).

- Missing text alternatives: Some decorative images and icons lack an adequate text alternative attribute (Alt Text) for screen readers.
Due to ongoing product improvements and user interface updates, it cannot be guaranteed that all elements will comply with all accessibility guidelines at any given time. As soon as we identify such a deficiency, we will take immediate action to rectify it promptly.
